The Brave Chicken Story

Jeff was looking for a name that would capture his philosophy of psychology is physiology, the importance of strength and endurance training as well as give a peek into his own personal ways of living a high quality life. The name Brave Chicken was a family creation. It is intended to capture Jeff’s family’s love for nature, as well as the joy they get from raising their free range chickens and goats. Jeff and his family believe that in order to get the most out of life one must create a healthy relationship with training (strength, speed, power, endurance) and nutrition. Brave Chicken training methods are designed to teach the process of living a high quality life.

The Unique Strength - Endurance Relationship

In the health, fitness and performance industry, psychology is physiology and physiology is psychology. Brave Chicken represents this philosophy.

Sometimes it is not our training that holds us back but it is our psychology and sometimes it is not our psychology that holds us back it is our training. It is never one or the other. These two areas (psychology and physiology) are constantly leaning on each other to make us stronger and more enduring.

Strength and endurance training compliment each other even though they are seen on opposite ends of the spectrum. The same complimentary relationship can be seen in the company name, Brave Chicken.
